申込フォーム送信完了後、スタッフが確認し申し込み完了メールを返信いたします。

参加プランについて / About Participation Plan
今年は2泊3日ではありますが、セッションがあるのは1泊2日のカンファレンスになります。
昨年同様、食事や施設使用料等が複雑になるため、以下のように４つの参加プランにて申込を受付させていただきます。
This year, the conference will be 3 days and 2 nights, but sessions will be held on 2 days and 1 night.
Due to the complexity of meals and facility usage fees as last year, we will accept applications for the following 4 participation plans.

10/4（土）の午後から10/6（日）のお昼まで全参加いただくプラン

全参加（2泊3日6食付） ¥17,000 ／ 小学生以下（4〜12歳まで） ¥9,000

10/4-5 (1 night 2 days, 4 meals) ¥11,000 ／ Child elementary school & under (4-12 years) ¥6,000

上記にはないパターンなどの特別な参加方法の場合は、メッセージ蘭に状況をお知らせください。
多少割高になってしまいますが、参加費を別途お伝えいたします。

今回、カンファレンスを進めるにあたり、いくつかの奉仕者が必要です。 / We need a few Volunteers to serve.
○受付 / Receptionist （カンファレンスに参加される方の確認）
○ワーシップチーム / Worship Team （賛美リード）
○セッションチーム / Setting Team （集会のセッティングや音響など）
○通訳 / Interpreters （外国の方が参加された場合、集会やお知らせなどの通訳）
○撮影隊 / Filming team （カンファレンス中の撮影）
○波チェック / Wave check （ポイントの確認、誘導）
